Can't get into the game after the latest update

Many players can’t get into the game after the latest update. Accounts are lost or can’t even open the app anymore. What has per blue done? And what does per blue intend to do to help their customers??. You need to fix this per blue. The only advice you give people is to do a factory reset on their phones. Really? Is that the best you can do for loyal players that played this game for years??
