Issue with stage 10 campaign and the trophy’s for it

If anyone can give me any info as to why I’m unable to go to stage 10 of campaign as well as do the trophy for the first act of stage 10 and when completed it tells me I haven’t unlocked that stage when clearly I have, currently lvl72 which I believe you unlock stage 10 at like 71

Im having issues with this also.

I was able to complete the first 3…I was only able to access ch:10 through the trophies quests… After those stages now all of my campaign is stuck in some sort of loop. I can still play the stages. It just wont record my progression. I also keep getting a notification that reads…
(Invalid loot. You may need to restart the app.)

Ive tried a few things that didnt do a thing to resolve it.

  1. Restarting the app.
  2. Cleared app memory cache.
  3. Uninstalled updates and re-updated.
  4. Complete uninstall and re-installed.

Nope. Still didnt fix it.

You probably got there while it was bugged (because it was at some point after the 1.10 update).

I recommend downloading any updates available and then sending a ticket to support in game. If you’re not supposed to have unlocked it they can probably fix it for you.

Send a ticket to support by clicking your hero portrait from the main screen, scrolling down, clicking support and then bug report.
