Move account from different server

I’ve been asked by one of the members of my guild if they can transfer an account over from a different server, pretty sure you can’t but just wanted to double check.

Does anyone know if it can be done?

Nope, you can’t. All you can do is create a new account (or continue with another account created earlier on that server).
