Unable to Install newest update

I have been off the game for 3 days now because it’s no longer possible for me to delete more apps from my phone, so I was forced into acquiring a new one and install the game there, however even though I have already applied my credentials in Google Play in the new phone PQ treats my account as completely new… to make things worse due to a bug I can’t access support in game in the new phone, can you guys please help me log with my old acc in my new phone? I am getting more and more delayed here… :frowning:
